Refunds Policy
Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept the products back for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, but if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a 50% refund.
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local authorities.
It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local authorities to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate any local laws. If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from us The Country Companies. The Country Companies is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item due to damage by our local shipping company, please email us at info@countruckercaps.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
