How do I return an item?

  1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above, then click Start.
  2. Follow the prompts and select the items you wish to return.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions.
  4. Head to local post office and ship item back to P.O BOX 282 IMBIL, QLD 4570 at your own cost. 
  5. Once the product arrives back the team will asses it's condition and issue an appropriate refund. 
Heads up: approval emails sometimes land in Promotions/Spam—give those a quick check.

What items are eligible for return?

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition:
  • Clothing: unworn and unwashed.
  • Include proof of purchase or order number.

Free gifts, accessories, and promotional items are not returnable.


Are there any return fees?

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping charges.

When will I receive my refund?

  • We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected, confirming approval or decline.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Bank processing times can add a couple of days depending on your provider.
