How do I return an item?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above, then click Start.
- Follow the prompts and select the items you wish to return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions.
- Head to local post office and ship item back to P.O BOX 282 IMBIL, QLD 4570 at your own cost.
- Once the product arrives back the team will asses it's condition and issue an appropriate refund.
Heads up: approval emails sometimes land in Promotions/Spam—give those a quick check.
What items are eligible for return?
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition:
- Clothing: unworn and unwashed.
- Include proof of purchase or order number.
Free gifts, accessories, and promotional items are not returnable.
Are there any return fees?
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You’re responsible for return shipping charges.
When will I receive my refund?
- We’ll email you once your return is received and inspected, confirming approval or decline.
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Bank processing times can add a couple of days depending on your provider.
